PRICING
Pricing is based on square feet.
The cost for a Heat Load Calc is .10 cents per square foot with a minimum price of $350.00.
The cost for a Rescheck if done with a Heat Load Calc is $75-$100 based on square footage.
Plans are required for new homes and remodels in order to prepare the Heat Load Calc / Manual JDS /J Load Calculator.
To start the process:
1. You can email the plans to info@accurateheatloadcalcs.com and request a quote. You will be contacted within 1 business day.

2. Click “Request Quote” below. You will be asked to submit your information, then click “Submit.” Once you have submitted the request, I will contact you within 1 business day to request your plans. We will email the quote to you within 1 business day of receiving the plans.
The information provided to AHLC will only be used for the completion of the report(s) and will not be shared with anyone, other than the municipality, unless authorized to do so by the Client.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
If you do not have the ResCheck or HERS, we will need the following information to complete the job:
1. Above grade wall (framed wall) insulation R-value.
2. Below grade wall insulation (basement), R-value.
3. Attic insulation R-value.
4. Windows U-value.
5. Floor insulation for floors between upper level and garage, floors over open space, or slab on grade floors.
6. Door insulation (OPT.).
7. The Make and Model of the equipment that will be installed (OPT.).
PAYMENT
Once I have your plans and you have agreed to the estimate and terms of agreement, we will start working on your heat load calc and Rescheck (if requested), and have it ready for you within 3 business days. You will be notified when the report(s) have been completed, then emailed an invoice. We will email the report(s) to you after we receive payment.
Please contact us if your heat load calc does not pass inspection. This doesn’t happen often, and if it does we will work with you to get it passed at no additional charge.
